Rachel Bach

It wasn't until I was in my twenties that I discovered the power of working out. From that first moment, I was hooked. Struggling with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember, the positive impact exercise had on my mental health was life-altering. While many, myself included, initially pursue fitness for a physical transformation, the emotional and mental benefits far outweigh the physical. My passion and drive are fueled by a desire to help others realize and experience the value in physical activity. 


My journey took a pivotal turn when I met a fitness instructor and business entrepreneur at the gym who became a friend and mentor. She encouraged me to share my passion by teaching others. The idea of turning something I loved into a career was incredibly exciting. Growing up, I never had a career that I felt driven toward or passionate about—until she suggested I train others. With the support of my friends and family, I became a certified personal trainer and began working one-on-one with clients.


I quickly discovered a love for teaching group boot camp classes. The shared joy and energy in those classes was incredibly uplifting. Wanting to fine-tune my skills and offer varied, comprehensive workouts, I pursued my 200-hour RYT yoga certification.


My sincerest desire is to help others discover the joy of an active, healthy lifestyle, no matter which form of movement they choose. I hope to inspire you to believe in yourself as much as I believe in you.
